Family Weekend at Rosh Hanikra

On the first weekend of September, we embarked on an extended-family weekend at Rosh Hanikra, after barely seeing each other during the past yeasr thanks to COVID. The formal reason was Grandma’s 80th birthday, but the truth was that everyone just wanted to meet and have fun. And it almost succeeded, because, well - COVID. Eshchar and Keren II had to stay at home after catching COVID, and on our way to the hotel we received a message that Ellie had also been exposed to a kid with COVID, and we had to return home. Keren took one for the team and drove back alone with Ellie, and I continued on to the family vacation, knowing that as soon as I set my foot home - I too will join the isolation.

But until that, I managed to spend some time with the family that I had not seen for quite some time - and even slept alone in my room until whatever time I wanted. It was great :)
